Every engagement follows the same five-phase spine. What varies is depth and duration — decided openly with you at assessment, not discovered mid-project.

The five phases

  1. Assessment

    We map your planning reality: master data quality, current MRP behavior, scheduling practice (including the unofficial spreadsheets), and the constraints that actually govern your shop floor. Output: a findings report and a scoped, sequenced proposal — including what we advise you not to do.

  2. Design

    Planning model design decisions made explicit and written down: strategies, heuristics, master data rules, integration points, exception handling. Design workshops are run with your planners in the room — they are the users whose trust decides success.

  3. Realization

    Configuration and build in short cycles, each ending with your planners exercising the system on your data. Planning logic is validated against real orders and real constraints long before any cutover conversation.

  4. Deployment

    Cutover planning, data migration validation for planning-relevant objects, dress rehearsals, and go-live support with defined decision authority — so issues are resolved in hours, not steering meetings.

  5. Hypercare & handover

    Stabilization with measured exit criteria, structured knowledge transfer to your key users, and documentation your team can maintain. We define hypercare end at the start, and we leave when the system — and your team — stand on their own.

Heuristics are engineering, not settings

PP/DS heuristics and optimizer profiles are treated as engineered artifacts: selected, sequenced and tuned against your production system’s actual behavior, with test evidence — not activated from defaults and hoped for.

Working software early

A rapid-deployment posture: a functioning planning slice on your data within the first cycles of realization. Early contact with reality is the cheapest form of risk management an SAP program can buy.

Shop-floor-to-ERP integrity

A plan is only as good as the feedback that corrects it. We design the full loop — confirmations, quality results, maintenance events — so the schedule reflects the floor, and the floor can rely on the schedule.
