- Technical records: IP address and request data kept by the hosting infrastructure so the site runs securely

- To answer your request and plan a demo or call
- To take steps before a contract
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent in the form, steps related to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare: hosting and security of the site
- Resend: delivering form messages to us by email
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp
International transfers
Kesoniti LLC and the providers above may process data in the United States or other countries. Your consent when sending the form covers this transfer. We do not sell your data or add it to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until your request is closed and while our conversation continues, and as long as legal obligations require; then we delete it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps only your theme choice and whether the opening animation has played, for the length of the visit.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish KVKK and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may access your data, ask to correct or delete it, object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to info@kesoniti.com.
